Integex Solutions Inc., doing business as AutoFunds (“AutoFunds,”
“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides a cloud-based software platform for

you may provide:
Account information: Name, email address, phone

numbers, credit application data, income information, and employment
details. AutoFunds processes this data on your behalf as a service
provider/data processor as described in Section 5.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service delivery and operations: To provide,
maintain, and improve the Platform; to process your transactions; to
manage your account; to provide customer support; and to deliver the
features and services you request.
Billing and payments: To process subscription
payments, manage billing cycles, send invoices, collect amounts owed,
and enforce payment terms.
Communications: To send transactional communications
(account confirmations, billing notices, support responses, service
updates, security alerts) and, where you have not opted out, marketing
communications (product announcements, newsletters, promotional offers).
See Section 10 for marketing communication details.
Security and fraud prevention: To detect,
investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, and other
illegal or harmful activity; to enforce our Terms of Use; and to protect
the rights, property, and safety of AutoFunds, our Users, and
others.

the Platform is used; to analyze usage patterns and trends; to develop
new features; to improve existing features; and to conduct internal
research. We use Google Analytics for this purpose as described in
Section 4.
Advertising: To deliver targeted advertisements to
you on third-party platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) based on
your interactions with the Platform. We use Meta Pixel for this purpose
as described in Section 4. You may opt out of targeted advertising as
described in Section 8.

De-identified and aggregated data is not personal information and may be
used for any lawful purpose, including benchmarking, research, product
development, and industry analysis.
4. COOKIES AND TRACKING
TECHNOLOGIES
4.1 Types of Technologies We
Use
We use the following cookies and tracking technologies on the
Platform:
Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are
essential for the Platform to function. They enable core features such
as authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. You
cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies because the Platform cannot
operate without them.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): We use Google
Analytics to collect information about how Users interact with the
Platform. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as
how often Users visit the Platform, what pages they visit, and what
other sites they used prior to coming to the Platform. We use the
information from Google Analytics to improve the Platform. Google
Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit
the Platform, but does not collect your name or other directly
identifying information. Google’s ability to use and share information
collected by Google Analytics about your visits is restricted by the
Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You may
opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out
Browser Add-on available at
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel): We use Meta Pixel
(formerly Facebook Pixel), a tracking technology provided by Meta
Platforms, Inc. Meta Pixel collects information about your interactions
with the Platform, including pages visited, actions taken, and device
information, and transmits this data to Meta. We use this data for the
following purposes:
Conversion tracking: To measure the effectiveness
of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram by tracking
actions Users take on the Platform after clicking on or viewing our
ads.
Retargeting: To display targeted advertisements to
you on Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Audience Network based on your
interactions with the Platform.
Lookalike audiences: To create advertising
audiences of people with similar characteristics to our existing
Users.
The data collected by Meta Pixel is transmitted to Meta and is
subject to Meta’s Data Policy (https://www.facebook.com/policy.php).
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy
Rights Act (CPRA), the transmission of personal information to Meta
through Meta Pixel for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising
constitutes “sharing” of personal information. You have the right to opt
out of this sharing as described in Section 8.
Advertising cookies (TikTok Pixel): AutoFunds may
deploy TikTok Pixel, a tracking technology provided by TikTok
Inc. (ByteDance Ltd.), on dealer websites built through the Platform.
TikTok Pixel collects information about visitor interactions with dealer
websites and transmits this data to TikTok for conversion tracking and
targeted advertising purposes. TikTok Pixel is not deployed on
autofunds.com. The use of TikTok Pixel on dealer websites is governed by
the dealer’s consumer-facing privacy policy. Additional details will be
provided in the dealer website privacy policy template.
Chat and communication tools (ChatChasers): We use
ChatChasers, a third-party live chat service, on the Platform. When you
interact with the chat feature, ChatChasers collects the content of your
chat messages, your name and email address (if provided), IP address,
browser information, and timestamps. Chat transcripts are stored by
ChatChasers and by AutoFunds. ChatChasers’ use of your data is governed
by ChatChasers’ own privacy policy.
AutoFunds internal analytics: We use our own
proprietary analytics tools to track Platform usage, feature adoption,
error rates, and performance metrics.
4.2 Global Privacy Control
(GPC)
AutoFunds honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your
browser or device transmits a GPC signal, we will treat that signal as a
valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of your personal
information associated with that browser or device, as required by
applicable state law. When we detect a GPC signal, we will disable Meta
Pixel and other advertising-related tracking for your session.
4.3 Managing Your Cookie
Preferences
You may manage cookies through the following methods:
Browser settings: Most web browsers allow you to
control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to
refuse all cookies, accept only certain cookies, or alert you when a
cookie is set. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality
of the Platform.
Google Analytics opt-out: Install the Google
Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta opt-out: You may opt out of Meta’s targeted
advertising by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram
account settings, or by opting out through the Digital Advertising
Alliance’s opt-out tool at https://optout.aboutads.info.
GPC signal: Enable Global Privacy Control in your
browser. Visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org for more
information.

personal information and Platform activity may be visible to dealership
administrators or account managers who manage user roles and permissions
within your organization.
5.3 Consumer Data Processing
When you use the Platform to process Consumer Data (e.g., customer
names, SSNs, credit applications), AutoFunds acts as a data
processor/service provider on your behalf. We process Consumer Data only

de-identify it. De-identified and aggregated data may be retained
indefinitely, as it is no longer personal information.
7. DATA SECURITY
